Meet Dustin Blad.
With over two decades of hands-on experience in technology leadership, systems engineering, and software development, I've worked across multiple industries and solved complex technical challenges.
From serving as IT Director and CIO to building custom applications and leading cloud migrations, I've worn a lot of hats. That range is exactly what shows up when we scope your project — I've seen where things break before they ship.
I founded AppForce with a simple mission: enterprise-level expertise with startup agility, helping small businesses and founders build the software they need to succeed.
