Is it safe to use AI with our business data?
Yes, if you use the right tools and set a few rules. The free consumer chatbots are not the same as the business tiers that keep your data private and out of training sets. I set your team up on the right ones and write down, in plain language, what is allowed and what should never get pasted in.
We're a small business — is this worth it for us?
Usually more so. Small teams feel the repetitive work the most, because there is nobody to hand it to. Automating a few hours of busywork a week adds up fast when everyone is already stretched.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
Rarely. Most of what I build connects the tools you already have — your CRM, your spreadsheets, your email, your accounting. The point is less manual work, not a big risky migration.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, so I start with a low, fixed-price audit. After that I price each automation or app up front, before any work starts, so there are no surprise invoices.
Do you only work with Treasure Valley businesses?
I'm based in Boise and I like working with local businesses in person — Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, Caldwell. But I work with clients nationwide, and most of this can be done remotely.
